The form asks about the pickup site first, then the drop-off site. It's the same set of questions twice — location type, business name, address, where in the building the machines sit, door measurements, and anything in the way — because a move is quoted on access at both ends, not on distance alone.

What to Gather Before You Begin

The form is long because a move quote is only as good as the access information behind it. Collect these first and it fills in quickly.
  • Both addresses. Where the machines are now, and where they're going — plus whether each site is commercial or residential.
  • Make and model of every machine. The form asks for all of them in one field.
  • Where the machines sit at each site. Which floor, which room, how far from the loading point.
  • Door measurements at both ends. Every doorway the machine has to pass through.
  • Obstacles at both ends. Curbs, steps, stairs, elevators, tight doorways — and any appointment or building-management approval we'd need.
  • Photos. Four upload fields: the machines themselves, the obstacles at pickup, and the obstacles at drop-off. A photo beats a description every time.
