A technician comes out to the machine. The form's first two questions decide whether we can take it: whether the machine is in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and whether you purchased the machine from us.

  • Is the machine in the Dallas–Fort Worth area? That's the form's first question. If the answer is no, read the out-of-area section below before you fill anything else in.
  • Did you purchase the machine from us? Vending Concepts will only support what we have sold directly to the customer, if the customer chooses to resell the equipment, support is not grandfathered into the new ownership.

Have the make and model, the address the machine sits at, and whether the location is commercial or residential. Photos help more than descriptions do — a shot of the error code, the coin mech, or the compressor gets you a faster and more accurate answer. The form has an upload field for them.
